Hemp Agrimony Unique one off original Monotprint
 
Hemp Agrimony (Eupatorium cannabinum), also known as Raspberries and Cream and Holy Rope as it was said to have been used to bind Jesus. It belongs to the family Asteraceae. It is primarily valued for its presence in natural habitats, where it provides nectar for pollinators. The flowers are very popular with both bees and butterflies including the Small Tortoiseshell and Red Admiral
 
This monoprint is a  unique hand printed one off original artwork made from a direct print of a flower or foliage using specialist printmaking inks .  Directly depicting nature in all is perfect imperfections, you will often find a little plant sap or a few accidental marks in these completely unique art works. 
 
Printed on A5 (14 by 21cm) heavyweight off white high quality paper. The print will be mounted and is photographed in natural light.
 
The Monoprinting process is a direct, unpredictable and intuitive printmaking process, The prints are a reflection of the perfect imperfections in nature which are hard to completely control, making them even more unique and beautiful.  You can make a single unique print by applying the specialist ink to the leaves directly,  then printing them onto paper to paper to create an intricate and detailed piece of artwork .
